BHSP’s expert team includes a diverse mix of professional and paraprofessional staff members

who are charged with carrying out services that are proven to be absolutely essential for

improving maternal and child health (MCH) outcomes and reducing IMRs, such as outreach,

health education, intake and assessment, case management/care coordination and service

integration, facilitation of evidence-based curricula, referrals for service, participant monitoring and tracking, comprehensive home visitation, various perinatal and behavioral health/health Screenings and services, prepared childbirth and parenting classes, and collaboration with a vast network of community partners, and many other supportive activities.
